The logo serves as a symbol of the elongated and elevated structure. Floor plans, construction boards, advertising panels, factsheets, interface documents, and marketing materials are cohesively designed, standing out as distinctive and professional.

In a second phase, we developed an intelligent signage concept to facilitate easy navigation. The colour palette and clean typography are seamlessly integrated into the brand identity. Custom pictograms provide clear direction, while signage across the property—from the façade to the parking garage—reflects elegance and simplicity. Our signage designs vary in material and style, with most signs crafted from black steel in the brand's aubergine colour.
